Heat-resistant resin wheel caster ■□■ Features ■□■ ■ Superior heat resistance compared to MC nylon wheels Applicable temperature range: -50℃ to +260℃ casters ■ Uses special phenolic wheels, heat-resistant grease for swivel parts, and Teflon-coated stainless steel bushings for bearings ■ Special phenolic wheels are used as heat-resistant wheels, capable of continuous use for 1 hour at -30℃ to +260℃, and for short periods (15 minutes) at +300℃ ■ Teflon-coated stainless steel bushings are used for wheel bearings, ensuring smooth rotation even under high-temperature conditions ■ The fittings use ultra-heat-resistant grease for the swivel parts ■ The grease itself can withstand up to +1000℃ in dry conditions and up to +200℃ in other situations ■ Both steel fittings and corrosion-resistant stainless steel fittings are available ■ It can accommodate environments that MC nylon wheels could not handle (-40℃ to +120℃).
